Information and purposes

If you email us, your address, message and any information you choose to include are used to answer the enquiry or investigate a correction. We rely on legitimate interests in operating and improving the guide. Service providers may process delivery and hosting information, including IP addresses and request details, to deliver and secure the website.

Keep personal information out of a correction request unless it is needed. We aim to remove routine correspondence within twelve months of resolving an enquiry, except where records are needed for a continuing issue or legal obligation. The hosting provider controls its operational log retention; contact us for information about a particular request.

External links and providers

Following an accommodation button sends you through CJ to Booking.com. Those providers may receive your IP address and link details and use their own cookies or booking terms. Hotel searches, maps, official stadium pages and transport links are external services governed by their own notices. No external map is loaded automatically.

The site’s hosting provider processes requests to serve the pages. Where sign-in is required by the hosting service, its account privacy terms apply to that sign-in.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or objection where applicable, and portability where the conditions apply. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Email us to make a request. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office or the relevant data-protection authority where you live.
